Do it yourself Materials and Supplies

We firmly believe there are distinct advantages to hiring a professional insured asphalt maintenance or pavement maintenance contracting company to come and do top quality asphalt repair or asphalt maintenance for your driveway, parking lot, or other asphalt structures.  Even so, we realize the need for many to do-it-yourself.  And even with a regular contracted asphalt maintenance plan in place, there are certain simple tasks that can and should be done on a regular basis, such as sweeping your asphalt, clearing debris, and so forth.

There are a variety of materials and supplies a homeowner or private business owner may need in order to keep track of basic maintenance on their asphalt driveways or parking lots.  We are just setting up our supply store so we can help with a few of the essentials.  Here is a quick list of a few of the items you can look forward to when we have them available:

Brooms:

One of the most critical items for keeping asphalt pavement in good shape, and something that will cost you very little is a good broom.

Caution Tape:

It is important to set up a clear work area and letting people know that the area you have just worked on (or may still be working on) is not quite ready for general use.  Caution tape can help you do just that.

Traffic Cones:

Another key element to working safely and effectively is letting traffic know where to avoid.  Traffic cones are the perfect tool for setting up a clear work area.

Sealcoat Materials:

While getting a good sealcoat on your driveway or parking lot is best done by professionals, it can be done on your own.  If you want to try your hand at doing your own maintenance, you can purchase drums or barrels of the products we purchase in bulk for the major work we do all the time.  Contact us for details on the specific products you might need.
